 *Day rental is considered 24 hours. Longer times trigger a second day charge.   

To rent a bike, you can browse our online catalog by hitting "MENU" upper right of site and to find the perfect bike for your needs. You can book directly through our website. You need to specify the rental period (middle top of screen), and any specific preferences or requirements at checkout. A valid credit card is required for online rental reservation. We offer options for pickup at our store or FREE delivery and pick up to a specified location. Additionally, we provide a brief orientation to familiarize you with the bike's features and adjustments.

While we try to arrive at your requested rental start time our delivery trucks and people can only be so many places at once. So, please be patient as orders will be delivered to time slots in the order that they are received. 

Example:

If 3 clients choose 9 am delivery they will all be loaded at 8:30 am. Our driver will be delivering to the first client that chose that time slot and so on in order. So, there may be several stops prior to you. I promise your order is on the way! 

We try to have all bikes picked up by 330 so if you need more time please select an additional day.    

Alongside our bikes, for safety and comfort, free of charge we provide helmets if desired and locks. We ensure that all our gear is kept in excellent condition.

*You can add on lights for your rental at a discounted price. They are a brand new set for you to keep for only $10! Please add to cart if desired, (add as many sets as you need)    

If you're taking to the water we also provide all necessary safety and paddling equipment.  

-All rental cancellations must be requested via email at marathonbikeworks@yahoo.com no less than 7 days (168 hours) PRIOR to the start of your rental period.

-Cancellations requested within the 7 day window are non-refundable.

-Reservations made within 7 days (168 hours) of the start time are non-refundable at the time of booking.
